Carrabba's Italian Grill is a family owned chain of restaurants that want to feel un-chain like. The Amici Club is the customer loyalty program for Carrabba's Italian Grill. The word 'amici' means friend in Italian and the ribbon showcasing the name was inspired by old Italian social clubs and references the Carrabba's logo with it's arch. The corresponding collateral revolved around the generosity of the brand, offering meal vouchers for birthdays and sampling platters.
The first design was created to expand their existing house style. Three patterns were created, in several color variations, that were inspired by Italian tile work.
